Selection Process
The selection involves a single PAN-India written test for all eligible candidates, lasting 1 hour (extra time for PwBD). It includes:

Salary Details
Compensation varies by post and project (excluding/including RDSS):
- Field Engineer (Non-RDSS): Rs. 30,000 basic + IDA + HRA + 35% perks; Annual CTC ~Rs. 8.9 Lakhs.
- Field Supervisor (Non-RDSS): Rs. 23,000 basic + IDA + HRA + 35% perks; Annual CTC ~Rs. 6.8 Lakhs.
- RDSS Project: Similar bands, but perks as variable pay (up to 35%) based on performance. Annual 3% increment after each year. Benefits include EPF, gratuity, medical coverage (self/family from year 2), group accident insurance, leaves (12 CL, 10 SL, 30 EL), and mobile reimbursement. No other incentives.
