Educational Qualification for AAI Recruitment 2025

Note: Degrees must be from recognized universities or apex institutions (e.g., IIT, IIM). Candidates with B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) are eligible. Departmental candidates with recognized degrees via part-time/correspondence/distance education are also eligible.

Additional Information

• PwBD Suitability: Only Category C (Acid attack victims) is suitable, subject to medical standards for ATC license and minimal muscle movement restrictions.
• Certificates: OBC (NCL), EWS, SC/ST, and PwBD certificates must be valid for FY 2025-26 and issued by competent authorities.
• Ex-Servicemen: Must provide a discharge certificate at verification.
• Language Proficiency: Selected candidates must achieve ICAO language proficiency level 4 during training, or services may be terminated.

Fee: ₹1000 (inclusive of GST) via online mode (SBI e-Pay Lite).

Exemptions: SC/ST, PwBD, apprentices with one year of AAI training, and female candidates are exempt.

Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): No negative marking; syllabus available on AAI website.
2. Application Verification: Original documents and identity proof required.
3. Voice Test: To assess communication skills.
4. Psychoactive Substances Test: Negative result mandatory for substances like cannabis, cocaine, etc.
5. Psychological Assessment: To evaluate mental fitness.
6. Physical Medical Examination: To ensure medical fitness for ATC duties.
7. Background Verification: To confirm character and antecedents.

Note: Provisional selection based on CBT merit, subject to clearing all tests and meeting eligibility criteria.

  Salary Details

Salary Details for AAI Junior Executive  Air Traffic Control Recruitment 2025

Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 level, Group-B).

Emoluments: Includes Dearness Allowance, 35% perks, HRA, CPF, gratuity, medical benefits, etc.

Approximate CTC: ₹13 lakhs per annum.

Pay Protection: Available for candidates from CPSEs/State PSUs/Government Departments as per DPE guidelines.
