• Qualifying Marks: 50% (UR/EWS), 40% (SC/ST/OBC-NCL for reserved vacancies)
• PAP Bonus: 20 marks added for eligible PAPs before determining qualifying marks

Final merit is based on written test scores (plus PAP bonus, if applicable), with tiebreakers using date of birth (older candidates ranked higher) and alphabetical order of first name.
